Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Ship or Schedule Pickup

Print the return label and ship the package, or schedule a pickup service.

Track Your Return

Monitor the return status through your account or tracking number.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Payment Method Refunds

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Mobile Money: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or mobile money

Partial Refunds

If you return part of an order, you'll receive a partial refund for the returned items only.

Special Cases

Electronics

Electronics have a 14-day return window and must be in perfect working condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Clothing & Fashion

Fashion items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Custom Items

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for immediate replacement or refund.
